I am Versatile

It’s the awards season and so, really, how fitting that little ‘ole me should win one? The lovely and horror/Disney-movie loving (of all the things I know about her this is my favorite) Jenni over at Stop Making Sense has given me a Versatile Blogger Award. And you know what, I am versatile. Damn versatile (okay, I’m sort of a one trick pony but I’m still super flattered). So, in keeping with the ‘rules’ here are 7 random facts about me:

1. One of my life ambitions is to own a Corgi – I go bananas over those dogs and think they would fit in well with my cat companions

2. I enjoy attempting to free-style song lyrics – as a rapper I assure you I am terrible but my rendition of “Poop Scoot” (set to the tune of “Footloose”) is not to be missed

3. I am a horror movie junkie – it all started when my mom insisted that I watch the Exorcist when I was 5…changed my life. In addition to all things horror movie related, I adore Labyrinth.

4. I know most the words to pretty much every Bryan Adams song…he’s Canadian national treasure

5. I will one day live in a cottage in Scotland in the Highlands

6. I LOVE video games – my current faves being the new Donkey Kong and Resistance: Fall of Man

7. I miss living in Edmonton sometimes…but not as much as I miss living in California or England

I want to throw this open to all my fellow fashion bloggers...ladies (and gents, of course), tell me about yourselves!

Happy to learn more about you! Same award that I awarded you :)

As a fellow Canadian, I also know all the lyrics to every Bryan Adams song! Haha.... and I also miss Cali and London.... hope to get back there one of these days!

Thanks for your comment on my post. I agree with you and appreciate your insight. Quite frankly, they're both idiots ;)

heck yeah, you're versatile! oh my gosh. I cannot watch the Exorcist ever again. I was raised in an uber Catholic house and was basically trained to fear for the fate of my soul. I can't even look at still photos from the movie without skipping a heartbeat {from fear. from terror. from my patheticness} but I do love me some Labyrinth. and Bryan Adams.

Wow, yes Versatile .... I admire people who can actually enjoy a horror movie :) I really do. Imagine I watched the Blair witch project and my boyfriend had to walk me around everywhere because I was afraid, so ridiculous .... that is a much as I can handle when it comes to horror movies. Now Brian Adams brings the best memories of my life.
The Corgi is adorable!
You do deserve the award, also for keeping us (your followers) entertain with different and enjoyable posts.

1. I had no idea that corgis could be so cute. I die. I simply die. Too cute.

2. You lived in CA? Where? When?

3. I lmao'ed over the Bryan Adams fact. I'm still lmao-ing.

4. Fun fact about me: I just ate an entire bag of M&Ms. Is that bad?

5. Fun fact #2: I'm listening to NPR and wondering if I should be a good person and contribute.

6. I admit, neither of those were actual FUN facts about me. My apologies.

omg woman when i was in HS my wall was PLASTERED with Bryan Adams posters. seriously? i saw him in concert so many times he gave me a shout out. when i went to vancouver i totally rolled up on jim vallance's house, rang the doorbell, and he drove up in a porsche w/his wife while i fell out on the lawn. no jokes. they were peeing themselves laughing.

i was a hawt mess for bryan adams. he totes sent me a note w/autographs and the whole nine.

i think we're sisters.

We have a lot of the same interests...especially CORGI's. Seriously they are my favorite breed, and I owned one but he passed away about two weeks ago. They have the best personalities in dogs IMO.
