Giveaway Winner

Somewhat bizarrely, considering my dissertation is pretty much done, I think this term is the busiest I ever had in my doctoral program. Between being on the job market, teaching, prepping my own class to teach in the spring, working 15 hours a week at my part time job, writing 4 separate conference papers (and one of them is for a 50 minute talk so it’s a long, dense paper), and auditing a seminar I am just beat. I absolutely love my work but I’ll admit to being pretty damn tired these days. So this is a lazy outfit post. But I should at least get partial credit for trying, no?

shorts: F21 / jacket: Target / leggings: American Apparel / boots: Thom Browne / purse: H&M

That was boring. Sorry. Here’s the fun part. The winner of the Shabby Apple giveaway is … Yasmeen from Castle Fashion!!!! I’ll be sending you an email real soon and congratulations!!!!

I don't think this is a boring outfit at all. I love it and you look beautiful in it.

Wow, you have been busy. I've been feeling overwhelmed and have been complaining about how busy I've been lately but I'm not sure I can complete with you in that area.

I love your leather jacket, its such a wonderful piece. It sucks that you're so busy, but being busy isn't all bad, especially when you're doing what you love
