Pussybow and Pleats

I love pairing this pussybow blouse (seriously, silliest name ever) with my pleated skirt for a vintage-esque look. If I were still a student (in the sense of still taking classes I mean) I would definitely wear this to class. On that note, how crazy is it that I’ll be graduating in 6 months with my PhD? I intend to aggressively make everyone call me “doctor.”

skirt: found on Amazon / blouse: Joe Fresh / tights: Express / loafers: Payless

Here are a few of my other favorite pussybow looks courtesy of my weheartit archive.

I always feel funnt saying pussybow, but the cuteness of the blouses makes up for the odd name.

That blouse is fantastic. I wish I were going to Canada this winter break because I have really liked a lot of the Joe Fresh I've seen recently.

Whenever I try to explain to people that I'm looking for a pussy bow, I always try not to use it because, I dunno, it sounds ridiculous. But they're so cute. I love yours, it's a dressed up white shirt-- soooo very versatile.

And I am sooo excited of your getting your PhD, lady! or soon-to-be-doctor!
