Downer

I recently attended a fairly depressing meeting in my department regarding the state of the job market. It was a downer. And I suspected it would be going in so I opted to dress similarly somber. It helped.

You can the sadness in my eyes here...

jeans: Lucky Brand / shoes: TUK / blouse: ModCloth / blazer: H&M / pin: Aldo

And if you aren't a Facebook fan yet get on it and check out my roundup of fun (and warm) winter coats from ModCloth.

Sorry to hear about the downer meeting. I'm sure you'll be fine though-- You're a genius, remember? :)

And though you may be sad, your outfit is anything but somber. I love the sheer neckline of that top and those fun, fuzzy LEOPARD shoes!

That doesn't sound like a fun meeting at all. But you looked really good, that blouse is amazing and looks so nice with the blazer

I definitely understand what those types of meetings are like. I've been though a few of them myself.

I love your sheer top. The leopard shoes are beautiful and your brooch is such a cute little detail.

Job market is severely bad over here in spain, so bad that I'm being forced to move from Malaga, this lovely place close to friends and family, in which Ive been for 6 months. But there are no jobs, so I'm getting ready to pack my stuff and my dog, and head either to London or Barcelona, where ever i get a job offer from. Tough times. Love your shoes by the way xxxx
