DC Bound

I’m actually in Washington DC now but here’s a little peak into the process of me packing my trusty suitcase and preparing to board the Amtrack train. I’m packing a cute blouse to wear under my suit for my conference presentation as well as a fun frock for cocktails and dinner with friends – and a pair of wedges which transition nicely from day to evening. I’ll also be traveling with my Cambridge Satchel and my leopard print toiletry bag. Lookout DC, my slightly scuffed suitcase (this baby has been to Boston, Chicago, LA, Denver, Salt Lake City, Edmonton, Vancouver, London, and on three trips to NYC!) are coming.

Have you tried erasing the scuffs with this Mr. Clean magic eraser?

I did a wonderful job on my walls, where furniture had left scuff marks, I think it would work great on this material as well.
There is now even an extra power one, which I haven't tried.

I hope you have a great time in D.C! I live only 20 minutes outside D.C and never go, it's a shame really.

You're a much lighter packer than I am- I always bring far too many outfits and not enough practical items (like a hairbrush!) Hope you're having an amazing time in DC- good luck on your presentations!
