Glitter and Studs

I’ve decided that, even though a tenure track job at a research institution seems less and less likely for me, I want to continue teaching the odd class if my full time work schedule will allow it. I really do enjoy it. And I love it that much more when I get to wear this awesome studded collar dress. I love lecturing in this baby. Love it.

dress: ModCloth / cardigan: Target / shoes: TOMS

You know, if I were one of your students, I would want to go to class just to see what you were going to wear! Studded collar + glittery Toms = coolest professor outfit ever :)

I think its awesome you can teach in your studded collar. The rest of the look is so conservative and professional, but then bam - studded collar.
