Cultural and Social History

Another perfect fall/summer day: strolling around Edmonton’s legislative grounds.

In other news, my most recent article just came out in print in the Journal of Cultural and Social History! It's a dissertation chapter that I reworked and took on the conference circuit last year - a little synopsis is here. Well, it will be as soon as they update their website!

pants: RW Winter and Co. / cardigan: ModCloth / purse: Zara / shoes: TOMS / shirt: Zara.
Also, did I mention that my parents got me a shark tooth necklace on their most recent foray to Hawaii?

hooray! I'd love to be able to read the synopsis! Also, I LOVE that sweater! It was cool enough to walk around in layers over the weekend here, too, so I'm totally wanting tons of sweaters now!

Okay, this might be the best sweater ever... it looks so cute and aztec-print-y (nice adjective, I know) from the front, but then you turn around and see the giant skull. Amazing! Congratulations on your publication :)

I love your sweater. It's awesome that your parents went to Hawaii. It is a destination that I would love to travel too some day.
