Middlemarch

You would think that I would be able to get my act together enough on the weekends to actually get some decent photos done outside in natural light. But I got so super busy running errands this past weekend that I forgot all about photos until I pulled back into our parking garage at the end of the day and belatedly recalled that I had brought the camera with me.

Okay, so I wasn't so much running errands as shopping at local favourite Gravity Pope and the Strathcona Antique Mall (where I scored an amazing old edition of Middlemarch, thank you very much). Whatever. The end result is the same: parking garage glam shots!

This happens to me all the time... which is why there are so many photos of me just standing on the sidewalk across from my apartment! But the important thing is the outfit. And this one is perfect for a casual Saturday. Plus, I still love those boots so so much :)

It can be tough to get outfit photos, especially if you are out and busy and feel like you are interrupting the day by needing to take them. But at least they happened, and you got some shots of this awesome drapey blazer.

I personally don't mind your parking garage shots at all. You look great. I love the collar on your top and your studded shoes.

It's difficult sometimes, but finding random moments seem to work with me. I love how your cardigan/jacket falls on the shawl neckline..
