Book Revisions and More Book Revisions

Another favoured fall/winter jacket – perfect to wear to the library for a long Saturday of book revisions. Ugh. I can’t wait until this project is over….I think I’ve rewritten most of the chapters about three times now. But new research keeps leading me in new directions. I need to stop tinkering, I think.

dress: H&M / leggings: Target / boots: Steve Madden / necklace: Aldo / jacket: ASOS

I do love a nice leather sleeve! :D
I wish I had the ability to write a good blog post, let alone a book! Ha ha

I know that feeling all too well. Usually when I get to a point where I'm editing compulsively without a true sense of direction, I put a project down or send it to someone else for review, all the while doing my best to forget about it. It's easier said than done sometimes, but it does help :)

Maybe it will help if you leave it for a little bit to stew and then pick it up after a couple weeks? Refocus and refresh! :)

I LOOOOVE this jacket so much, I've been looking all over the interwebs for a similar one for me!

Happy New Year Courtney!
Even though your book revisions seem like a pain, I'm sure it will be worth it to end up with a piece you are truly proud of.
