Winter's Now Forgotten Death Grip

I took these photos in mid-April when it was basically still winter here (winter had a real death grip this year and basically just lasted until close to the end of April, as I've now mentioned a few times...God, I'm boring). Now that it’s warm out I’m looking forward to talking Eleanor for lots of walks and to the park and the zoo and just a whole host of other outdoor activities that we can now finally start to enjoy! And, of course, I'll be constantly complaining about the heat because that's how I roll.

This post made me laugh, because I totally identified with the never being satisfied part of it - I want to be able to go outside so I hate winter but I also basically hate any temperature above twenty degrees and well, I've pretty much concluded I just don't like weather. Any of it.

The perfect temperature is 18 and sunny with a slight breeze. But that never happens.
I’m super happy it’s not snowing anymore though, seeing snow makes me cringe

Winter totally stuck around until April for us, too- it was crazy!

I love that pretty floral top- bet it could be remixed now for warmer weather!

We are certainly never happy with the weather we have, that is just how it is! But being able to go for walks outside is lovely and so much more enjoyable in warmer weather.

I want it to be summer so the lawn does not have to be mown that often AND at the same time I want it to rain so I can plant..
