Staying Warm

Work continues to be mad for me these days but, on the plus side, we’re finally coming out of the extreme cold weather we’ve had for the past few weeks and it was a balmy -19 degrees when these photos were taken. I love this dress for winter – I’m wearing a jacket so it’s not easy to tell but it has long sleeves and a bit of a high neck and is made out of very soft sweater material. It’s perfect for a frigid day, especially when paired with fleece lined tights, which I own like 4 pairs of.

dress: Simons / jacket: Simons / necklace: Stella and Dot

We're finally escaping the extreme cold as well, and I have to say, I never thought I'd be so excited to see a high of minus six. Granted, it's going to come with a dump of snow but at this point, I'll take it :P

There's a chance KC could thaw out this weekend, too- and I'm hoping it's the last of the super cold weather!

Love that necklace- it totally pops against this look!

I am glad to hear the cold will be over soon. For us it means summer will be over soon too, which makes me happy to welcome the rainy season. As odd as it may sound we are roasting here !
