Dressing for the Webcam

Not sure what exactly I’m looking at that seems to be up high in these photos but I suppose that’s neither here nor there. What really matters is the beautiful, deep blue shirt I recently added to my closet and am officially smitten with. Even though I'm working from home, I'm still making an effort to don a work outfit (and I'm in a lot of video meetings so I actually do need to make myself semi-professional looking) and this shirt definitely "pops" over a webcam. You've got to celebrate whatever small things you can these days.

leggings: Old Navy / shirt: Simons / jacket: Zara / boots: Aldo

Looove that shade of blue! Luckily for me my work interactions are mostly email, sometimes a phonecall, haha. But I guess that's also bad because I rarely get dressed...need to change that now though or I'll go crazy

I love that loads of us are wearing pyjamas on the bottom half, and then dressing up the top half to look professional :D xo

I love that you're still getting dressed for the webcam. I did that for about five minutes when I started working from home five years ago - and then I started collecting sweatshirts. I wear them on webcam pretty much every day :)

Such a pretty blue on you! And I need to start getting dressed for work even though I'm working from home- I bet I'd feel more put together/on top of things!

Indeed, one day at a time, take the positive when you can.
Lovely color, I had a conference call last week and chose to not turn on the camera, I was in pj.
