All Glamour, All the Time

Ah, the non-stop glamour of working from home (I think the expression on my face says it all). It probably doesn’t help that my home “office” is actually a table in my bedroom (it’s one of the few rooms where Eleanor doesn’t hang out and it has a lock on the door, which means she can’t fool around with my computer and papers). There’s something incredibly depressing about my work station being the first thing I see in the morning when I open my eyes in bed and the last thing I see at night before I fall asleep.

Guess you need a sheet or something to hide it away until you work! Ha ha! Hopefully you'll be able to get back to your office soon!
Luckily I'm so used to working from my couch that I can still separate "work" time from home time. Takes getting used to!

You look a lot more stylish than I do when I work from home - loungewear and pyjamas for me unless we have a rare zoom meeting - those are the big team meetings, day to day is just audio so I don't dress up at all! :)

Hope you find a solution for your work from home space! We are so lucky we built an office in this house - it made the adjustment from one day a week working from home to 3 days a week working from home much easier!

Hope that you are having a wonderful weekend :) We went to the rainforest again yesterday, the kids had the best time!

I am right there with you, my friend. Although my work from home office is nextdoor to my bedroom rather than in it, the fact that I have to walk past it every night before I go to bed at this time when we can safely go almost nowhere but, well, home, just really hammers in the feeling that we never get to leave work. And somehow, there seems to be more work than ever before... Hang in there.

Haha, I am with you- my working from home life definitely isn't glamorous, either! And I bet having an office space that you can keep safe from little toddler hands is a plus! :)

I feel you. I change my office setup once in a while to beat the monotony. You look great by the way.
