Back to the dress. Usually I wear a belt or a fitted blazer with this one, just to define the shape a bit, but I also occasionally enjoy just wearing it as is, in all its boxy cut glory. And that's what I did here.

Gorgeous shade of green!
I've always had a tendency to belt sheath-style dresses, too, and when I finally tried one of my sheaths without a belt, it was amazing how much it changed the garment and the look of it - in the best way. I guess sometimes it's good to let things be what they are ;) Love this shade of green on you!

Now that is a good new year's resolution, and a gorgeous shade of green. Sometimes it's quite nice to just let pieces be as they are rather than trying to change them, but having options is good too!
