Some Amazing News...

This is a pretty unremarkable outfit that I wore for a Saturday of running errands – but I really enjoy it because these photos both capture the perfection of my resting bitch face and because I think my growing sense of disillusionment with humanity is clearly reflected in my unimpressed expression. They just made me laugh when I retrieved them from my camera.

Also, and in news totally unrelated to this post, as those of you who follow me on social media platforms may know, I’m pregnant! The helpmeet and I have been trying for a little over a year (I experienced two miscarriages along the way) and this one, a baby girl who is expected in July, finally stuck! Needless to say I am both beyond excited and also complaining more or less nonstop because, guys, pregnancy does not agree with me. Like at all…
