Finally, I’m off this afternoon for a weekend of camping in New Hampshire (camping is one of my all time favorite things in the world and I haven’t been in over two years so I am crazy excited) so I won’t be posting again until Monday but I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend and I look forward to catching up with blogging on Monday when I arrive home in New Haven, happy but probably a little bit stinky from not showering for a few days and definitely with strange things happening to my hair.

I'm originally from Canada (Edmonton, Alberta) but I moved here for grad school in 2006. I haven't been to Toad's in years - it's sort of one of those places that I try to avoid!
Why did you hate the Eye? I liked the view from it. As a Ferris wheel it moves too slow though. Boring!
I didn't totally hate, I just thought that it was really overpriced and packed with enough people that I couldn't really get a good viewing spot (little kids were running around inside the pod, etc.). I think if I had to do it again I'd opt for a cruise down the Thames instead.

Fab cardi. I only went on the eye recently and loved it, but it was a private party so everyone was well behaved and there were no bratty children. I reckon you appreciate it more when you live here - I loved being able to see way up to where I live, and my office building, and all the landmarks I am so used to from above. Still haven't done a boat trip, that is next on my London List!

Love the leopard spots! I am glad you took pics up in the sky, I am terrified of heights, I will gladly fly in a jet, but something like the Eye or a rollercoaster, no way! So, I have to enjoy it vicariously! I'm with you on the Forever 21, and it's so cheap that it's easy to justify! Have a fun camping trip, are you doing your studies at Yale? That's my father-in-law's alma mater, Mr. Deer and I live in Georgia and always retort that Yale has the REAL Bulldogs! ;)

i think the cardigan is super pretty. i've been on the london eye. i did like that i could see all of london--that was cool.
those shoes look really pretty, but i just had a bad experience with shoes from F21, so if you find similar ones elsewhere, go for that instead.
