I Think I Just Wasted My Afternoon...

I spent the day on the couch reading US magazine. Yeah, it’s been an exciting Friday. But I came up with this series of random thoughts.

1) It’s awesome that Sharon Stone rolls into Target in a floor length leopard coat to do some shopping. Pure awesome.

2) Gwen Stefani looks insanely gorgeous in this canary yellow gown. And that’s a tough color to pull off.

3) Angelina Jolie owns a Versace cashmere evening gown. I find the term “cashmere evening gown” weird. It just doesn’t sit right with me.

4) Carey Mulligan looks so adorable and ladylike and striking and chic (all at the same time) in this Marc Jacobs frock. I love it.

So thanks US magazine. You are trashy and overuse exclamation marks to a ridiculous extent (seriously, open any issue, they use them everywhere – not everything is exclamatory US, do you not understand the rules of grammar?) but you always kill my boring afternoons and plane rides for me, and don’t even get me started about that one time that I waited for over an hour at my optometrist’s office.

Don’t forget to enter my Festivus giveaway.

Trashy mags most likely make my IQ go down, but they're fun to read nevertheless :P

OH boy, is it a trend of something for these celebs to shop at Target sort of store? I read about Britney shopping at Wal-Mart the other day lol And Carey Mulligan and her outfit are one of my most fav now, a touch of vintage and her good girl look! Just precious!

Have a FAB weekend! (:

I thought the same about Gwen Stefani when I saw that image some days ago. She looks positively stunning, flawless and what a difficult colour to pull off. Yellow never looked so gorgeous. Off to check out your giveaway now :)

1.Haha, I am not gonna lie. I think that is pretty awesome!
2. Gwen does pull that off! Dang, that color is very hard to pull off. I worea briht yellow dress for my junior homecoming and I was scared to death it didn't look right. Haha.
3. Ehh, not a huge fan of that dress.
4. I am in love with that dress! It is so enchanting!

Lmao, WORD to their over-use of exclamation marks. You have to make mundane news exciting somehow, right?
