Cozy

This is fast becoming one of my favorite transitional fall looks. I’ve been wearing this a lot on Mondays and Fridays – the days I don’t teach but do have a ton of running around to do on campus alongside working shifts at the my part time library job. The capri pants and navy t-shirt are perfect for the warm weather of the afternoon and the chunky knit cardigan grounds it all nicely in fall.

Also, the panel yesterday was awesome! One of my dissertation committee members even turned up. I had a good crowd of 15 or so and even though I got peppered with some pretty tough questions I feel like I answered them well. Then I ran into Robo Cop (aka Peter Weller) in the hallway near the free coffee area. It was awesome. I am going to try to snap a photo of him tomorrow. He's a doctoral student at UCLA now so he's here doing the academic thing).

cardigan: H&M / pants: H&M / shoes: Target / t-shirt: H&M / necklace: ModCloth

Black wedding gown = heaven!!!! Check out the Facebook page for more.

Nice to hear you did well. I love the color of your cardigan, we don't have H&M here so I go online see really cute things and then read that they don't have an online store :( :( Every time I see something cute, like your cardi, I do the same thing .... not this time!
How cool would it be to wear a black wedding dress ... this one is gorgeous.

Love that sweater! I'm on a sweater hunt right now so no matter what people are wearing I see nothing but sweater.

When I saw your tweet about crouching on the ground for wi-fi I burst out laughing!! You have to visit CA sometime so we can tear it up!

You look just stunning in this rich blue colour! Hmmm is it bad that I don't know who Robo Cop is? Library job- how neat, I've always wanted to work in a library!

I love your outfit, it looks comfortable but stylish - which is always a good way to go.

Robocop? Whoa lol. That is really cool.

So happy the panel went well!

I've toyed with the idea of wearing a black wedding gown but my wedding ideas are all a fantasy at the moment because of lack of funds.

you best be sharing that Peter Weller photo. And I hope this guy looks like Peter Weller in Buckaroo Banzai because he was HAWT there. :)

I love this outfit! The camel and the royal blue look so good together!

This is a good formal casual outfit. I say formal casual because you look nicer than casual, but you are casually formal. Yeah? Yeah.

Very stylish laid back outfit. You look really good in all shades of blue I've noticed. I like this shade as well (although I have no idea what it's called). Glad to hear your presentation went well and you got through the tough questions!
