Dinos!!!!

First off, a heart felt thanks to everyone for their amazingly supportive and kind words on yesterday’s post – of all the various aspects of blogging that I enjoy, the transforming of strangers met online into friends is my favorite and I am deeply touched that so many people took the time to read yesterday’s lengthy rant and comment so thoughtfully. And now onto more happier topics! Visiting the Peabody Museum again was on my New Haven bucket list before I move away this summer and I finally stopped being lazy and went to go hang out with dinos. It totally helped my mood. Dinos always do. And, yes, that is a glam shot of me with a Dodo below.

jeans: Urban Outfitters / jacket: Target / necklace: F21 / scarf: F21 / shoes: Sam and Libby / purse: Kimchi Blue via Urban Outfitters

As you can see, I'm fully on board with the colored pants for spring trend...and I'm also crushing on these gorgeous and colorful spring pieces

hurray for happiness! I love dinosaurs and dodos. Oh em gee I love dodos. I was so obsessed with them when I was little that I may have written a mini book (or two_ about them and their supposed deliciousness and/or stupidity.

I love the Peabody. It's been a while since I've been there, but I always find something new or interesting even though I've been there so many times. Let me know if you need to get through your New Haven bucket list!! I probably haven't been to some of them either!

I really love going to museums myself, I really need to go more, especially since I'm so close to the DC area. I've always been especially intrigued by museums with dinosaurs and extinct creature exhibits. I love your necklace and leopard print ballet flats. Oh, and I love the pink skirt from Old Navy - it is such a fab color. Side note: I hope to visit the Boston/New Haven area one day.
