Dissertation Submission

About two weeks ago I submitted my dissertation…I was excited but then I remembered I was unemployed so donning all black seemed like an appropriate response (also, I just love me an all black outfit).

This is it!

If you know anyone hiring historians, let me know, okay?

well that cardigan does not convey a somber mood at all - but it must have felt good to be done (even though it meant unemployment)

Wowza...that's like a whole tree of paper! I can't imagine coming up with that much to write about...well done lady. I don't think Jacksonville, FL has many historians or maybe it does and I am not in the know about it. I doubt you'd want to come to Jacksonville though...it's kinda lame. (true talk!)

In other news...you look fabulous in your black. Your hair pops so much with all the black. LOVE the cardigan too!

Whoa! That pile of papers that comprise your dissertation brought me back to a stressful time of college. Congrats on getting it all done! :)
I really love this all-black ensemble. The embellishments on the cardi and the fun blue cuff were the perfect pops.
