So I got dressed up for some drinks and dinner to
celebrate my last few weeks in New Haven but then I got super lazy in the shoe
department and paired my fancy pants dress (seriously, any amount of sheer on
the bottom equals fancy pants for me) and opted for my Toms. I have no regrets.

The sheer panelling on this dress is absolutely wonderful! What an awesome piece. And I can only imagine how frustrating getting dressed would be when your closet is basically packed up!

I do like the color block dress, but I'm not sure I how I feel about the general consensus of "toms go with everything" hehe.

@LyddieGal I don't necessarily think that Toms go with everything but I do think they go with a lot and I love mixing high and low elements in my outfits...so a fancy dress and casual shoes becomes a pretty winning combo for me!
Haha! I would have loved to see this with some sleek black pumps but I'll put my imagination to use - sometimes comfort is key!

Loving all the accessories here, including the animal print clutch and the Toms. I wear my Toms all the time--they are too comfortable not to wear.
