Beinecke Plaza

I snapped these photos during my last two weeks in New Haven at one of my favorite places, the plaza outside the Beinecke Rare Books and Manuscripts Library. As a historian of early modern England I spent a lot of time in this place, pouring through sixteenth- and seventeenth-century texts and writing my dissertation. I will really miss it here.

you look super tall in these photos! That maxi + vest thing is working so well, I may just have to steal it! And I envy you being able to do research in such awesome libraries!

What an elegant dress in front of a stunning building- I love libraries, there is something about them that is so majestic! I have very similar sandals from Old Navy, they match everything!

Beautiful building and what a cute outfit! And you're a historian? That sounds really interesting. Is there any particular reason you chose that time frame? :)

I never in a million years would have thought to put that vest on over the maxi dress, but it looks great! Absolutely love it.
