Leather Shoulders!
I actually picked up this top from Zara a month or so ago (to my great delight, as Instagram and Twitter followers know) and I have been wearing the heck out of it lately. It’s perfect both for a day at work where I have no important meetings (I like to dress a bit more formal for those) and for teaching my world history class on the side.

I just love the shoulder detail on your tee - I'm a bit obsessed with leather detail this year :) And your blue-and-black mani is the perfect compliment to it; the first photo is such an amazing detail shot!

That is a great top. I wish there was a Zara in my area. I've been to one of their stores in Chicago, and they had some cute stuff!

Very cool top and it seems to suit you very well.
ROCK ON. I love how they're sewed on too, with the striping. Adds more bulk to it and looks very military-esque.
