Weekend Reading:
- This story about the discovery of a historical mural in Paris fills me with delight. And makes me wish something like this was lurking behind one of my walls.
- Guys, I am a Law and Order junkie.
- This is an incredibly important acquisition – and the stats the offer about ignorance of the Holocaust in Canada are shocking and saddening.
- Now, will the medical community work to actually communicate this to women and redo prescription packaging, etc?
- The social tyranny of being a “fit” mom.

I read about the Oscar de la Renta boutique discovery and all I could think was, "That is just SO Paris." You really never know what you're going to find there, no matter where you are. The city is literally layers of history on top of each other, even inside buildings.

So cute! And yes, totally wear it while she can't, hehe!

That is such a cute necklace and I think it will mean more to her if she remembers you wearing it first, when you do hand it down! :)
I'm a little confused about the period skipping on the pill - my doctor told me I could go up to a year skipping if I wanted to, years ago when I went on it, but when I double checked with the pharmacist a couple months back she said it's recommended not to miss more than 3. Maybe our pills are different, but it's not a new thing here to just ignore the placebos. I'm definitely going to chat more to my doctor about it - I need to more about the side effects if you go a year without a period, I don't remember all the things she mentioned and feel I should now!
Hope that you had a great weekend :)
