Is It Really Getting Warmer?

Work continues to be mad for me these days but, on the plus side, we’re finally coming out of the extreme cold weather we’ve had for the past few weeks and it was a balmy -17 degrees when these photos were taken. I love this dress for winter – I’m wearing a jacket so it’s not easy to tell but it has long sleeves and a bit of a high neck and is made out of very soft sweater material. It’s perfect for a frigid day.

Work madness has temporarily settled down for me, which is a nice change of pace - but I'm on a course all next week so I know it's about to ramp right back up. At least the temperatures are starting to go up a bit. This winter has felt so, so long, and honestly, I'm not asking for summer - just leather jacket weather would be great.

I don't think I ever want to live in a place where -17 could be considered a break from the cold! I love my long sleeve dresses as well, so good for days when I might normally not be inclined to wear a dress.

You have a way of keeping black interesting and I think i discovered your secret: its the accessories. You always find that ONE that makes it shine.
