Long-time readers of this blog will know that I’ve had plenty of short hair cuts over the years and I think it’s time to return to that. I’m not sure exactly when I’ll get around to making it to the salon, but expect to see me popping up here in the next little while with a hopefully sleek new cut (mine won’t be blonde though – I was blonde for years but I’m sticking with the dark for now)!

Blonde hair is so high maintenance, I admire you for sticking with it for years but also understand why you wouldn't want to go back to it now. Looking forward to seeing your new cut, though - sometimes that kind of refresh really can go such a long way with how we feel.

Oddly enough I always find I wear my hair up more in the Winter because when I shower I don't want cold hair on me so I put it up, haha! In the Summer it dries so fast I don't worry about it (but then the heat makes me wish I had it up)
You always look so good with short hair, something I never feel is true for myself. I had that one short short (for me) cut a few years ago and won't do that again but I will keep chopping to just above my shoulders once a year so I can skip the salon all together, haha. Lazyyyyy

I love blonde hair but it is a lot of work and it can cause a lot of damage. I think you would rock Yolanda's bob!

I love the navy and black together! :) I think you'd really suit that bob haircut! I had to get a bob after donating my hair and I really didn't like it, I much prefer longer hair. It was easier to care for being so short though!
Hope that your week is off to a good start! Wet and rainy here!

I love blonde hair on others but I am not brave enough to try it, I only did some highlights a few years ago and they were really nice, but need masks, purple shampoos, oils etc.

I think this length would look good on you -
I got my hair cut two weeks ago and I said "just a trim" however she always cuts twice the length I had in mind.
