Worn for a day of social distancing that involved a drive and a bit of a walk (to get out of the house) and a quick visit with my parents (making sure to keep appropriate space between us, of course).
Maybe the reason I am kind of ok at home is because I too am socially distant. Just what is required, have had the same friends for over 20 years... Well you look quite pulled together for walking our the door, I confess the other day I walked the dog in pjs.
It's nice you were able to drive away for a bit, they are really cracking down on that here and saying we should stay in our local areas as much as possible. We aren't able to see my family (they live too far away, in an area that has made it very clear visitors from Brisbane are not welcome) but we are doing lots of video calls! :)
Hope that you are having a lovely Easter weekend :)
In some ways, I think I've always been socially distant, too - I've worked from home for five years, so this hasn't been much of an adjustment for me. Although there are definitely days when I get sick of seeing the inside of my apartment...! I feel like the more I stick to it, the faster, theoretically, this can end and we can get on with life properly. xox, Cee
I'm actually quite a social person but I like my own company too. I'm not finding this social distancing measure as tough as most people are, I guess. xo
That's great that you check in on your parents, they are lucky to have you! nice look by the way, I always love head to toe black - always look so chic!
I'm finding myself struggling not so much with social distancing, but family togetherness. There is not enough space in this house for four people to be home all day everyday. I suppose I should be grateful that I don't have to be six feet away from my parents, but we do need it sometimes.
