Research Never Ending

I am firmly ensconced in London now (seriously, I’m buried under like 10 volumes of bound early seventeenth century correspondence at the British Library) and I find myself wishing for the open spaces of Kew and the royal gardens there – especially this super cool “walk above the trees” thing and this captivatingly solitary black tree that I found in the sea of green. Ugh, back to my manuscripts.

It is so pretty there! The utter lack of people both fascinates and terrifies me (I live in midtown Manhattan), but that park is lovely!

London is especially beautiful at this time of year. Ah, I recall days spent at the British Library during my university period. Those pictures are lovely, though.

Oooh, I went to Kew recently and I just ADORE it! You can literally spend hours wandering around and enjoying the pretty scenery.

Good luck on the rest of your research! I'm trying to edit and finish up a research project as well!
