All the Frills: A Little Light Reading

I’m a pretty voracious reader. I average about two books a week, sometimes more depending on how into what I’m readying I am. This week I’ve been working on The Song of Achilles (which I love because I have a very soft spot for the Iliad) and And Now We Have Everything (which deeply resonated with me). Oh, and the IKEA catalogue. Because I love me some IKEA.

What are you reading these days?

Since I'm finally finishing the first draft of my third book, I've been reading a lot more recently than I have over the past... let's be honest, several years. I borrow a lot of books from the people around me, because I will read anything that is printed. The result is that I only like about half the books I read, sometimes less ;) The most recent books I've really enjoyed are Whiter than Snow by Sandra Dallas and Vers la Beaute by David Foenkinos.

You are a POWER reader, wow! I love that- I need to get back into reading; I used to love it and have fallen off the past few years.
