Weekend Reading:
- I always knew Yale has an amazing library system…I miss it so!
- I’ve done some rudimentary examinations of incorruptible saints in my academic work and it’s a fascinating topic. These images are equally amazing.
- Some women are tweeting Donald Trump about their periods. I love it. Because, let's be honest: "Deez Nutz" is only a slightly less legitimate Presidential candidate than Donald Trump.
- Cats, cats, cats!!!!
- This guy posing as a Target employee and sassily responding to angry (and idiotic) customers is just delightful.
- So this story about a woman having a stone fetus is insane.

Yea, not wearing sandals is always depressing! Although I still wear heeled sandals in Fall/Winter sometimes...

That guy posing as Target was hilarious and amazing. It made my day when I read about it! As for summer, I have to admit that sandals aren't high on the list of things I'll miss - needing to constantly touch up my pedicure makes me half crazy - but I will be sorry to put my denim shorts away for another year.
xox,
Cee
I think this will be the one of the only things I will miss as well about summer, aside from the beach. Haha, just reading the Target and Trump story. Funny links! Thanks for sharing.
HAHAHA! I was just thinking a couple days ago about how sad I was going to be to not wear my sandals when it starts snowing. Thankfully, I still have a few months before I need to fully switch to closed-toes shoes. Go away, summer.
Sandals are my favorite. I like to hold out with bare toes as long as possible. Maybe October.
The Target FB page takeover was pretty hilarious. I love that some people would get so riled up over Target removing some colored paper from their shelves. I looked at the main article and didn't even have any reaction. People have gender classifications in their heads regardless. They will see pink sheets and think girl, blue sheets and think boy. Dolls girl, trucks boy. Do I even need any additional assistance to figure that out?
Chic on the Cheap
I'm with you- I miss wearing sandals too when it's not summer!
