All the Frills: Scotland, Round 1

As I’m sure you all know, I was recently in Scotland for a much needed vacation in my favourite place on earth! I don’t want to utterly bore you with the over 300 photos that I took but I did want to feature a small sampling (and will probably feature a few more next week).

Scotland, until recently, never ranked highly on my list of places to visit. I've been to England and Wales and, well, despite the fact that Wales is where most of my family comes from and I suppose I should be proud of it, it didn't exactly inspire me to want to see the rest of the UK. But the more I see of Edinburgh, the more lovely I think it looks. I really do need to get there someday soon (and would love to see so many more of your 300 photos!)

I would love to visit Scotland some time. Not only am I a huge history buff, but it's where my ancestors came from. It looks like you got to see some awesome sites!!!
